This collection is a practical exploration in abstract and decorative formal values of Iranian miniature. In order to do it, I have opted some images of different schools in different eras of Ilkhani and Teimouri and concentrated mostly on the structure of spaces and the proportions of colors through ruling out and eliminating the elements of architecture, calligraphy and epigraphs. On these rather large scales, the vertical system of bottom-up miniature is preserved though the colors, regarding the vastitude of their range and due to necessity, are broken and the elements of sketching are substituted by free staining. These paintings are some interpretations of Iranian miniature of the era of large-scale paintings.
